One of our Pharmaceutical clients is looking for an IT Engineer for a long-term contractual position.
Title: IT Engineer
Duration: 12 - 24 months
Location: Warren, NJ
Hourly: Depends on experience
Must-to-Have Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of an onsite support/local support/Service-Desk experience
- Experienced in troubleshooting/solving workplace issues (laptop, docking station, cabling, etc.)
- Basic/Advanced troubleshooting for network (VLAN, zoning, switches/routers) and infrastructure issues
- Familiar with GMP/GxP ('good practice' guidelines and regulations for Manufacturing)
- Needs to be/work very independently
- Needs to be onsite (5 days/week, at the beginning ‘non-negotiable’)
- Needs to understand it is work for a biopharmaceutical company that operates with a low profile
Education requirements:
- ITIL for IT Service Management (USA standard) or willingness to obtain
- AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft Windows 11 certification
