Senior Superintendent Opportunity – Phoenix, Arizona
AGS Associates has partnered with the President of one of North America’s most successful and longest standing Contractors to secure a high-calibre Senior Superintendent in the Greater Phoenix area.
Founded in the early 1980s, our client has an excellent reputation for delivering iconic Data Center, Advanced Technology, Life Science, and Aviation projects with values up to $1billion. Their companywide revenues exceed $4billion. In Arizona specifically, our client generates revenues of over $850 million, with revenue over $2.5 billion since 2021.

As a Senior Superintendent, you will be assigned to one of our clients largest and most complex projects in Arizona. You will also be involved in advising on strategy for growth in the field, provide support with creating business development opportunities, including training and mentoring younger generations of staff. There is opportunity to advance through the corporate ladder to a General Superintendent in the future.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing MEPF scopes on Data Center/ Mission Critical projects
- Taken lead on a variety of project types, with values ranging from $100 million - $1billion
- Building, hiring and leading successful operational teams
- Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors
