Position: Controls Engineer
Location: On site in New Castle, IN 47362
Shifts Available:
- A: 6am-2:30pm
- B: 2pm-10:30pm
- C: 10:30pm-6:30am
Salary: 55-90k *with paid overtime, yearly bonus, attendance bonus, and double pay on Sundays*
Must Haves:
- PLC Experience
- HMI Experience
- Allen Bradley (preferred) or Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens
Plusses:
- Associates or bachelors degree
- Keyence Cameras and scanners
Day to Day:
- Work as a collaborative team member on engineering projects
- Troubleshoot, repair, and implement C/M(s) for electrical issues.
- Support daily production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Recommend/implement efficiency improvements.
- Support investigations for NG product built/shipped.
- Ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations/standards.
- Execute action items to support business plan goals.
- Provide project progress reports to management.
- Administer performance reviews.
- Support 5S activities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision on routine activities
- All other duties as assigned.
