CLINICAL NURSING INSTRUCTOR

Hybrid position to start then will convert to remote.
THIS IS A CONTRACT TO PERMANENT POSITION
Established and reputable Hospital network headquartered in Manhattan, New York, is searching a Clinical Project Manager contract to hire, with experience in the hospital/medical space to develop and deploy clinical education program across New York Hospital Network. Will be a creative and engaging individual, who enjoys e-learning as well as in-person training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, implementation, of training programs for 15 facilities and 5K active nurses. Trainer will gather criteria from CNO and be responsible for all training and developmentneeds, creating entirely new initiatives or improving existing programs, from content to deployment.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for nursing students that align with course objectives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best clinical experience for nursing students.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor progress on projects.
- Manage each step of the project including planning, budgets, risk assessment and planning.
- Develop a detailed project plan and coming up with a solution to any problems that arise.
Education:
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's in Nursing, Master's preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years in content creation and deployment
- PMP or other project management certifications are required.
- Nursing experience highly preferred.
