WVU Medicine J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital is a tertiary care center for the state of West Virginia, Western Maryland, Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Southwestern Ohio. BE/BC with the American Board of Plastic Surgery BE/BC with Hand Surgery subspecialty Successful candidates must have completed an accredited surgical residency and an accredited plastic surgery fellowship. Hand surgery fellowship is required. You will join a highly skilled surgical team making an extraordinary difference in the lives of patients across the region.
