Customer Support Specialist:
Job Duties
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Direct calls to appropriate personnel
· Assist customer requests for service tickets, sample reports, contract info, etc.
· Assist or direct customers looking to pay their bill to A/R
· Update site info
· Sort, organize, and get equipment info for bad oil/coolant samples that need to be quoted
· Gather and organize sign in/sign out sheets for various customers needed for billing
· Follow up with customers on jobs that need PO’s for billing
· Manage customer portals with updates, invoices/billing, etc.
· Assist with last effort renewals
· Assist with QR follow up when needed
