$60,000 - $70,000 Annually + PTO, Benefits, 401k

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the administrative needs of our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing daily office activities, coordinating communication between departments, and assisting with key projects. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and information flow
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for various departments
- Manage office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in coordinating international travel arrangements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
