They are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Solar Consultants to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and conversion through excellent customer interactions
- Engage and educate homeowners regarding the benefits of solar energy
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through agreement close
- Use Salesforce CRM to track all customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving their reputation for superior customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a high-volume business environment, ideally closing deals over the phone
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a clear focus on high-quality and business profit
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM or a comparable CRM system
- Valid driver's license
