Compensation is dependent upon experience
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple departments with administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel, expense reports, and event planning
- Create documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings (MS Outlook, Zoom)
- Assist with office tasks, including phone support and organizing meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Zoom, and Cvent (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a true team player
- Comfortable interfacing with executives
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
