Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team with client outreach, including initial contact, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
- Support the coordination of sales events, webinars, and workshops.
- Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
- Process orders and assist with billing and invoicing.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Sales Team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
