Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a professional kitchen, showcasing strong culinary techniques and practices
- Proven ability to expertly prepare a variety of grilled items to high culinary standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaboration, along with familiarity with kitchen management software
- Valid Food Safe Certification is essential, and knowledge of the Birch Street purchasing system is advantageous for inventory management
- While experience in hotel banquet operations is desirable, strong culinary skills and a willingness to learn are also valued
