Our client is a local general contractor working on a variety of projects in the commercial space. They're looking for a senior level Estimator to join their team.
What You'll Do:
- Review project plans and requirements for Commercial Projects
- Review bid documents
- Determine labor and equipment costs
- Negotiate and write subcontracts
- Prepare conceptual estimates
- Prepare budget updates
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years in the construction industry
- Experience working on Commercial Projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of OnScreen Takeoffs
- Knowledge of construction delivery methods
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
