This will be a 7 week sales training program for 32 hrs/week with potential to be promoted and convert to a full-time Account Manager (40 hrs/week, base salary + commissions & benefits)

This will begin as a 7 week paid training program (32 hours/week) before given the opportunity to convert to the full-time Account Manager role with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions & benefits.

What to Expect:
- Account Management: You will learn and support our unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions. You will learn and understand the critical skills that our clients in the Technology & Life Sciences sectors regularly look for when hiring consultants.
- Hands-On Experience: You will gain practical experience in conducting B2B sales. You will learn to network an organization utilizing various sales approaches and technology – phone calls, emails, text, Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn – to foster and grow Oxford’s relationships within current and new organizations.

- Compensation: Paid weekly at a competitive hourly rate (for first 7 weeks) during training. If promoted into the Account Manager role you will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions and benefits (40 hrs/week)
