This HYBRID role offers you the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site within the Greater Houston area.

What You'll Do
As an ERP Implementation Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and transformation. Join our dynamic team and embrace the opportunity to excel every day. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead large-scale global IT and transformational programs with a focus on S4HANA implementation.
- Work cross-functionally, engaging directly with the business or within PMO environments to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project management tasks, influencing every project scope.
- Craft and manage schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with business goals, budgets, and resources.
- Drive innovation by implementing creative solutions for client delivery challenges.
- Lead project communications and prepare executive-level updates.
- Assess risks and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex ERP implementations.
You will deliver expert knowledge, adapt to new environments, and collaborate seamlessly with teams. Representing our brand on client sites, you will be poised to support our engagements. Who You Are
You bring 10+ years of experience in ERP Implementation, with a focus on S4HANA, and a strong ability to work cross-functionally within both business and PMO environments. You have a proven track record of working on large-scale global IT and transformational programs. A bachelor's degree is required, and relevant certifications (such as PMP, SAP certifications, etc.) are a plus.

- Introductory Call: A 15-20 minute conversation with our Talent Partner.
- Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: A 1-hour interview with a Business Manager.
- Technical Interview: Review a case study for 1 hour, followed by a 1-hour interview to present your findings and discuss with a Business Manager.
