We are looking for a COEI Engineering and Installation Supervisor, experience in OSP Fiber, Central Office Engineering and Network Architecture is a must.
Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in OSP Fiber Installation, COEI (Central Office Engineering and Installation) and Network Design.
- Strong knowledge of ROADM, Core Switch & Routing and wireless network technologies.
- Proven experience managing central office facilities including power systems and telecommunications equipment.
- Familiarity with cellular, Wi-Fi, CBRS and backhaul technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues related to network performance, signal interference and bandwidth optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and creating network diagrams and technical schematics.
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing for project documentation and client communication.
Desired Skills.
- Experience with project management tools and cost estimating software.
- Certification in PMP, CCNA, or other relevant industry certifications is a plus.
