Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer (Citrix)
Location- Camas, WA

Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite/1-2 days remote a week

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the management and delivery of our Windows/Citrix environment, ensuring seamless end-user experiences. As a technical expert, you'll drive standardization, process simplification, and innovation while providing escalation support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in daily support and continuous improvement of the end-user experience
- Manage large-scale Citrix environments (VDI) focusing on reliability and performance
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows and Citrix servers
- Implement virtual desktop solutions using Citrix products (XenApp, XenDesktop)
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for measurable improvements
- Ensure license compliance and user community satisfaction
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience (Citrix-focused)
- Expertise in VDI (XenApp, XenDesktop), Mobility, Citrix, and Cloud-based productivity applications (Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Proven experience in:
- Technology roadmap development and execution
- End-point operational analytics and user experience monitoring
- Process standardization and simplification
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Windows Systems Management and Patch management Technologies (SCCM, Group Policy, WSUS)
- Scripting skills for automation
