Technical/Functional Skills :
• Demonstrated expertise with Acrobat Sign, including understanding its features, capabilities, use cases, and integration possibilities
• Experience in configuring and using Acrobat Sign for document workflows
• Experience architecting API-based workflows that integrate Enterprise Tech Stacks
• A curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
• Ability to work in a global environment and work remotely with distributed teams
• Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects at the same time
• Strong attention to detail, especially hands-on in all the work you’re doing

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to[1]day tactical objectives
• Provide insights and contribute to the team’s strategic direction. • Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales and Engineering for new and existing features
• Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed.
• Document and track customer feature requests & feedback and present or relay to internal teams in a professional manner
• Prepare Executive-ready presentations and communications
• Lead key internal customer meetings, often with Senior leaders in attendance
• Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist for Acrobat Sign, Acrobat Services APIs, and Acrobat AI Assistant
• Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners
• Document use cases and share with the field • Assist with POCs and use case implementations that involve APIs, HTML, JSON, and more.
• Create and run reports on internal usage
• Help manage the internal accounts, assist with user and admin training, user provisioning and other admin tasks
