Job Summary
The Systems Analyst will play a critical role across the corporate departments, working to analyze, design, and implement information systems that support the company's strategic objectives. This position requires a professional with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of business processes. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure systems meet business needs, optimize IT infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. With a focus on effective communication and problem-solving, the Systems Analyst will ensure seamless integration of systems and processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine detailed system requirements.
- In partnership with the Business Analyst, conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify system enhancement opportunities.
- Architect and deploy IT solutions in alignment with business objectives, ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices.
- Ensure system architectures are designed for scalability, performance optimization, and security.
- Develop and implement Power BI reports and KPIs utilizing data from the company’s data warehouse or directly from backend systems and applications.
- Create and manage dynamic dashboards based on data from the company’s data warehouse, ensuring compatibility across multinational network environments.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to deliver IT solutions and provide technical training to end-users.
- Translate business requirements into functional configurations for enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or equivalent technical role.
- Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, solution design, and full-cycle implementation.
- Proven ability to optimize IT systems and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Expertise in ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software platforms (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).
- Advanced skills in SQL programming, database management, and Power BI reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks is advantageous.
- Preferred expertise in emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Python, Finance/Accounting systems, CRM (Salesforce), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Project Planning, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and Warehouse/Logistics Management.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or operations management is a plus.
Languages:
Spanish and/or Mandarin language skills are desirable.
