- Typical Day: Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call.
- Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic and OR
- Mon-Fri 5p-8a - Pager call
- Weekend call 8a-8a
- Active IL License Required
- DEA Required
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency)
- Required Certifications: ACLS BLS
- Minimum Years Experience: 1
