For an industrial company based in the United States, we are looking for “Temporary Production Manager”
Purpouse of the role:
- The Production Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective management of personnel within the production department, aiming to optimize efficiency and quality, particularly within specific lines focusing chemical process
- Maximization of the production efficiency of the two lines at the US plant through an analysis of work organization, production/maintenance cycles, and site layout to identify the necessary adjustment interventions.
- Actively support operations in implementing improvement plans and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
- The position will report directly to the CEO and interact with the current leadership team in the US.
Key Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in production management within manufacturing/industrial environments
- Previous experience in advanced lean manufacturing settings (e.g., automotive)
- Background in Time and Methods
- Authority & Proactivit
Your innovative thinking and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving positive changes, and you will assume overall responsibility for the production structure and its organizational dynamics.
Terms of Employment
A fixed-term contract for 1 year is offered, renewable based on performance
Work modality: full-time for at least 6 months on-site in Arizona
