Scope
Under limited supervision, perform a variety of semi-routine tasks to ensure production test standards are met, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of electronic communications equipment at the PCB and final assembly level using general test equipment.
Responsibilities
- Complete sales order configurations per customer requirements and work order testing on time per MRP.
- Ensure on-going adherence to established quality standards per company policies.
- Use standard test equipment, including: DVMs, Oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital counters, phone line simulators, fixtures, and PC based applications.
- Interpret schematics and understand circuit theory to test and repair electronic equipment.
- Expertise in Networking including set-up of LAN’s and troubleshooting basics.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux based operating systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: The following list of requirements are considered the minimum levels of education and experience necessary to perform this job successfully. Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is acceptable.
- Minimum associate’s degree in electronics, or equivalent vocational technical certification.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar kind of testing position.
- Or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent expertise.
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Solder and de-solder per IPC-610 specifications.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future. The typical base hourly hiring range for this position is USD $29.00-$32.00.
