Responsibilities
As the District Manager you will:
- Use your business acumen, efficiency, and problem‐solving skills to drive the business.
- Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers in all of the district’s stores.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the district’s store managers and yourself accountable to achieving results.
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently throughout the district.
- Establish trust with the teams in the face of opposing beliefs, values or perspectives.
- Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
You will also have:
- 2+ years as a District Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 100,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
