Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) / Survey Designer for a full-time position. This role involves boundary resolution, drafting, and construction staking calculations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide calculation and drafting support using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including work related to site grading and utilities for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist with project boundary resolution, survey data reduction, and other survey-related office tasks.
• Collaborate with the survey team and other departments on a wide range of projects, from small infill developments to master-planned communities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of office experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2023 preferred).
• Experience in construction staking is a plus.
• Field experience is a plus.
• A solid understanding of boundary principles.
