Our client is currently seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to HNW Family to support them in their primary Santa Monica/Venice Beach home and assist with house management for another local property as needed. This role aims to efficiently manage household tasks, freeing up the entrepreneur's time to focus on their businesses while keeping them informed about ongoing projects. Strong follow-through skills are essential to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual who can proactively manage various responsibilities, work efficiently, and contribute to the smooth functioning of a busy household. The candidate will be based at the house, coordinating with contractors and vendors, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the office as needed.

- Experience with conference calling and virtual meeting setups.
- Childcare experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
Calendaring: Manage professional and personal calendars, scheduling appointments and events.
Property Management: Oversee the management of the principals' Topanga properties, coordinating with internal staff for payroll and liaising with construction site project managers.
Tech Proficiency: Utilize G-Suite, Apple/iOS, Slack, and other technologies for efficient communication and task management.
Virtual Meetings: Expertise in conference calling and setting up virtual meetings using platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
Interior Design Support: Provide insight into interior design decisions to contribute to renovation projects.
Errands and Coordination: Handle grocery shopping, car and home maintenance/scheduling, online ordering, returns, gifting, and organization.
Financial Tracking: Monitor and track finances, donations, and manage the household budget.
Childcare Coordination: Light duties related to the principal's children, coordinating with nannies, and ensuring a well-stocked inventory for childcare needs.
Weekly Meeting Debriefs: Conduct debriefs to update the Founders on ongoing activities and upcoming tasks.
Problem Solving and System Creation: Be highly capable at problem-solving, create systems, and establish order in prioritizing tasks for the family.
Founder Support: Assist with Founder's personal tasks, including booking appointments, handling family scheduling, and helping with packing and preparations for travel.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Santa Monica/Venice region)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility as needed
Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, healthcare stipend, plus bonus!
