Our Client, a Luxury Fashion Brand is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team temporarily!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new employees into the internal system.
- Process paperwork, background checks, and benefits.
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team, IT, Operations & Controlling to ensure Joiners are set up and entered into our systems properly.
- Calculate bonuses and commission payroll for retail
- Draft offer letters & ensure completed signed & returned.
- Complete audits and monthly tax reports for accounting.
Requirements and skills
- 1-2 Years of administrative experience in Human Resources.
- Comfortable supporting multiple human resources managers and teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Workday, SAP, and expense management systems.
