Summary:
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team at a semi-private outpatient facility known for its exceptional tenure and low turnover rate. The diverse clientele ranges from ages 7 and up. The clinic utilizes screens of the neuro-muscular and musculo-skeletal systems to achieve excellent outcomes for the last 15 years! Located close to Boston and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest public transit stop.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care during one-on-one appointments (some slight overlap of appointments can occur).
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions; Ramp-up is scaled the first year for newer graduates - starting from 45 visits per week
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
- Possession of a Massachusetts State License or eligibility for MA State licensure before the start date.
- Applicants must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
