Pay Info: Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment.

Stay late shifts and call shifts will be assigned weekly. Each staff member can expect one call shift per week and a call weekend every month. The call shifts are off-site call and are not routinely in-house.
On-call is typically at the Broadway campus but may be assigned to cover General team call at SMCF, as needed. The call shifts at SMCF are either or .
13 bed OR providing care for adult and pediatric surgical patients. We support surgical cases within a wide range of surgical specialties including: General Surgery, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics, Kidney Transplants, Plastics, Ear-Nose-Throat, Oncology, Colorectal, Oral Surgery, & Pediatric Dentistry.
Job Summary

What you will do:
Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications
Position requirements:
A graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.
