Our client is seeking a strong HRIS professional with extensive reporting and analytics experience.
This is a 4 day in office role with one day remote, please do NOT apply if you are not comfortable being in office
100-115k Base Salary
Job Duties:
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and
policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
- Support HR projects and initiatives with data analysis and reporting.
HRIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and training.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality and streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.
Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data cleansing
activities.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate on the development and enforcement of data governance standards and
practices.
Project Management:
- Support HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS functionality and best
practices.
- Create and maintain data dictionary, audit guides and BI/report mapping
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 5-8 years of progressive HRIS experience OR Combination of HR Generalist + HRIS
- Strong analytical and reporting skills required
- Must be able to work in office 4 days
