Pay Rate: - $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 Weekly Gross.
🔍 About the Role:
- The Registered Nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and/or the situationThe Registered Nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues.
- The Registered Nurse evaluates progress toward the attainment of outcomes.
- The Registered Nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
Education:
Licensure and Certification:
- Travelers must have WI nursing or compact licenses from their permanent address state.
- BLS – must be certified through the American Heart Association ONLY
