Job Description:
The Analyst is responsible for analyzing and recommending improvements and enhancements for products across all market segments in all states. This includes gathering and analyzing competitive, consumer, employer, and broker data to understand key market dynamics and industry trends. The goal is to identify opportunities for product portfolio and capability enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data (enrollment, market share, etc.) and product details (designs, benefits, pricing) across Medicare segments.
- Utilize both primary and secondary research to identify trends and dynamics.
- Assess publicly available data to understand industry trends and market environment.
- Develop presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations for product improvements.
Additional Information:
The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence product strategies and market positioning.
