RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong use of technology, i.e., CRM customized database, Microsoft Office products, Adobe Illustrator
- Provide administrative support to Chief Sales Officer and Account Directors with various functions of proposal creation, lead generation, participate in FAMS and Site events, etc.
- May assist with group business development
- Assist team fiscally by monitoring budget spending and processing invoices
- Assist with trade show prep, prepare presentations, and preparation of committee meetings
- Customer service by receiving inquiries and solving problems
- Exceptional communication with team members
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates with relevant experience and above-average technology skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent hospitality, Convention Center, or DMO experience
- Must exude a friendly, attentive, and welcoming demeanor at all times
- On-site position in a modern downtown office
