Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented attorney with 3+ years of private funds or related legal experience to join their Private Funds Practice Group as a Knowledge & Development Attorney. This internal-facing role focuses on training, knowledge management, and strategic initiatives—without billable hours or client development pressures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain legal resources (forms, checklists, templates) and train attorneys in private investment funds law.
- Partner with innovation teams to implement tech solutions and improve knowledge management.
- Act as a legal expert, advising attorneys and organizing CLE courses.
- Collaborate with business development teams to support firm-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- JD/LL.M. with 3+ years of private funds or related legal experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong interest in training and developing high-performing teams.
