Job/Project Description:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work for a fast-growing enterprise organization to help them manage various Network infrastructure projects for key initiatives. The experienced project manager will work with various business stakeholders as well and technical teams to bring their network environment to a new level. For anyone with strong experience managing
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of project management experience is required
- 5+ years' experience managing network infrastructure projects is required
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at once in a large enterprise environment
- Must have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to manage business stakeholders, build detailed project plans, manage risk, track dependencies, issue resolutions, and technical programs, and change management
- Must have experience with Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Must have experience with Jira and Smartsheet tools
- Must have the ability to identify tasks and dependencies in the creation of project plans
- Must be able to manage budgets and resource allocation for large and complex programs
- Must have the ability to work with business stakeholders and various technical teams
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently
- Must have strong communication skills
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with network security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus
- Experience with DevOps principles is a plus
- Experience in building and maintaining standards, reporting, and dashboards within Jira is a plus
