Job Summary: The SR SEO Specialist will work with different departments to maintain and optimize our six service-brand websites and assets (such as GBPs) for search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve rankings in SERPs.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly SEO audits.
- Optimize marketing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Research and analyze competitors for each brand.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Coordinate with outside agencies to deliver on new and existing strategies.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented from a technical SEO standpoint.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Research, recommend, and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Stay up to date with current SEO trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 years as an SEO specialist or SEO-related position.
- Experience in writing and optimizing blog content with the intention of ranking in SERPs.
- Franchise SEO Strategy Development: Proven ability to create and implement SEO strategies specifically tailored for multi-location franchises, balancing national and local SEO needs.
- Multi-Location Optimization: Experience managing SEO for multiple franchise locations, ensuring each location ranks effectively in local search while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
- Content Strategy for Franchises: Ability to develop SEO-driven content strategies that cater to both corporate and franchisee needs, balancing central brand messaging with local content for franchise locations.
