As our ideal candidate, you have:
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, banking and financing and IP, managing complex cases masterfully from inception to resolution.
- Comprehensive expertise in corporate law involving various specialties.
- A knack for superb research and writing, coupled with effectively championing our clients' causes.
- Stellar writing, speaking, research, and negotiation skills are required to excel in communication.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in various law fields. (real estate, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, banking and financing, IP)
- JD from Accredited School
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar Association.
