We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager of Risk and Compliance - Project Management.
This role requires you to facilitate the creation of a program structure and rollout plan, develop, and maintain essential PMO artifacts, and update stakeholder about the project progress. You will also develop reports and dashboards to keep executive leadership informed and aligned with program progress.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing a robust program structure and rollout plan for governing cross-functional activities between workstream teams and relevant stakeholders for the Technology Risk Training and High Priority Program rollouts which also entails risk management projects.
- Collaborate with program leaders to identify relevant stakeholders and coordinate with them to meet program objectives.
- Conduct periodic status meetings with stakeholders to review progress, track, and report workstream Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions (RAIDD).
- Facilitate the development of reports and dashboards to be shared with executive leadership teams.
- Work with Program Managers, SMEs, and TRA team members to develop key program documentation, maintain deliverable timelines, and ensure timely leadership reporting.
- Develop and maintain interim project artifacts on shared platforms, including Box, and ensure quality assurance through version control and grammatical checks.
- Assist in establishing a long-term governance framework to oversee cross-functional activities across workstream teams for the TRA programs, including securing long-term plans and capacity planning.
- Manage integrated project plan status updates using MS Excel, Jira Workforce Management (JWM), and other tools. Maintain program documentation, communication plans, and end-user guides.
- Maintain digital tools and files for program status updates, document storage, and ongoing project-related work.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in risk management or technology risk programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, coordinating program activities, and engaging with executive leadership.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Excel, Jira, and Workforce Management systems.
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and manage program documentation and executive reports.
- Experience in facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking RAIDD, and driving project deliverables within timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Risk Management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience in managing technology risk programs or working in a Technology Risk Advisory (TRA) function.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS PowerPoint, Jira Workforce Management, and Box for document storage and version control.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining a program governance framework.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience in managing high-priority projects and coordinating with senior executives.
