The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead their recruitment efforts. This remote role (occasional travel to the office) is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is excited about the opportunity to recruit top talent in the accounting and finance sectors (experience hiring in these areas before is required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in partner firms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Collaborate with Leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Understand the culture and quirks of each member firm in order to identify the right candidates for each opportunity.
- Track talent pipeline analytics in order to measure recruiting efforts and identify the most effective recruiting strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure a high standard of hiring.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including public accounting recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically recruiting accountants and finance professionals through tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
