Job Summary:
CB Partners is partnering up with a global company to help fill their open controller position. Our client is known for their excellent working environment that has flexibility with a hybrid work schedule. In this Direct Hire opportunity, you could earn between $140,000-$160,000 per year plus bonus depending on experience.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly close process to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure daily bank reconciliations and monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- Uphold compliance with Group accounting policies
- Prepare and manage cash flow actuals and forecasts for the business
- Coordinate with accounting team to engage with auditors for financial statement completion
- Implement automation across processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency, partnering with finance, IT, and data teams
- Ensure consistency in policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Experience handling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
