Advantage Tennis Clubs is seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented Adult Programs Coordinator to help develop, coordinate, and implement vibrant, and socially focused Adult Tennis programs at the Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club. Advantage Tennis Clubs (HCK Recreation, Inc.) is one of New York City’s oldest and premier indoor tennis and racquet clubs. The Task At Hand.
This is a part-time (flexible) position to help expand, develop, coordinate, and implement vibrant and socially focused Adult Tennis programs at the Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club. This is a role that successfully executed, could easily expand into a full time position with Advantage Tennis Clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a marketable and deliverable range of adult tennis programs.
- Help recruit and then coordinate effective tennis coaches to deliver high-quality experiences on the court.
- Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with club leadership and the Sales & Marketing Manager to promote and sell adult programs.
- Build strong relationships with participants, addressing needs and preferences to enhance and grow both participation and satisfaction.
- Help develop and manage the program budgets ensuring profitability and sustainability for each program.
- Monitor and measure program performance through participant feedback, attendance metrics, and financial reports while making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive programming and communication across the facility and out to members and players.

What you have done and can do…
- A strong history on the court as a player and a coach.
- Proven experience as coordinator, manager or similar role.
- Best in class people skills that are consistent and inspire others around them to “step up their game.”
- Experience leveraging software to communicate and organize your work.
