Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead bridge inspections, adhering to AASHTO standards at an expert level.
- Perform bridge assessments and load ratings to ensure safety and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare competitive bids, including technical reports and cost estimates.
- Provide technical leadership in business development, cultivating client relationships and exploring new project opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers, fostering a learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in bridge engineering, focusing on inspection, assessment, and load ratings.
- AASHTO Inspection Expert Level certification.
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills with experience managing complex projects.
- Expertise in preparing detailed technical reports and bids.
- Strong business development capabilities with a history of winning projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, with a PhD or MSCE (Master of Science in Civil Engineering).
- Willingness to travel to various company locations to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in bridge engineering software.
- Ability to train and mentor junior engineers.
