Project Manager – Logistics

This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in the smooth execution of high-net-worth moves.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Move Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee all logistics for moves, ensuring operations are efficient, on-time, and seamless for high-net-worth clients.
- Documentation Management: Handle contracts, permits, and all client communications, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise moving trucks and personnel, ensuring the team is aligned with their tasks and responsibilities.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the moving process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Invoice Processing: Accurately prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely delivery.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous records and ensure every aspect of the move is accounted for and executed to the highest standard.
- Post-Move Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction by following up after each move to address any final concerns or feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus.
