A large California-based law firm is seeking an insurance defense lawyer wishing to pivot their litigation experience into its brand-worthy, nationally recognized education law practice. The associate that ultimately joins this team will receive ample training and mentorship, allowing them to quickly pivot into education litigation.
While the position would ideally be based in San Diego, they are also open to LA, Oakland or Sacramento.
Requirements/Job Details
- At least 6+ years of experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on insurance defense
- 1800 hours annually
- Must be a member of the California Bar
- Hybrid work schedule
- Strong benefits and bonuses
- Ample work and institutional clients, making partnership without a book attainable

- Firm is open to all lawyers regardless of law school attended or GPA
