Tandym Group has several immediate opportunities for A/R Collections Specialists with a client in California. These contracts will be 100% remote. These resources will be focused on A/R, collections, follow-up, appeals, and denials specifically working with Epic HB.
Must Have Experience:
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience focused in A/R, Collections & Follow-Up.
- Collections Experience in an inpatient/hospital environment
- Commercial and Government Collections experience
- Experience with Claim Edits.
- Experience with Denials.
- Need full-lifecycle experience working denials from start to resolution
- Experience with Appeals.
- Need full-lifecycle experience working appeals from start to resolution, creating appeals letters, etc.
- 3years' experience with EpicHB software
- Need experience working facility-based claims in Epic HB system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive and Metrics Driven approach to efficiently working collections
- Understanding of most effective ways to handle work-queues
- Proven experience clearing 40-60 accounts per day
Nice to Have Experience:
- Managed Care Experience
- Experience with Collections specific to the state of California
- Collections experience with IPA's (Independent Physician Associations)
- Experience clearing high-dollar collections (100k +)
