Salesforce Omnistudio Consultant
Our client is seeking a skilled Omnistudio Consultant with public sector experience for a full-time remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Salesforce solutions for public sector clients, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce for public sector needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate government processes into Salesforce solutions
- Design user-friendly workflows and interfaces
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and data security standards
- Provide technical guidance for public sector implementations
- Enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Salesforce public sector experience
- Salesforce Admin & Platform App Builder certifications
- Strong understanding of public sector IT challenges
- Experience with Salesforce Configuration, Solution Design, and Implementation
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce for public sector needs
- Knowledge of government processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Government Cloud experience preferred
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer)
