Position Summary: We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes. In this role, you will manage cases involving partnerships, shareholders, licensing, construction, real estate, and more. You will work closely with a highly experienced partner to help build the firm’s commercial litigation practice and manage significant matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, from pretrial to trial, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Attend hearings, prepare cross-examinations, and manage expert reports and discovery processes.
- Represent and counsel clients in complex commercial litigation and negotiate settlements.
- Provide legal guidance to businesses on operational, structural, and compliance matters under both domestic and international laws.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney in a major law firm setting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
