About the Role:
Capstone Search Advisors has been engaged by a leading law firm in Cleveland to assist in hiring a Litigation Counsel with 2-7 years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation. The firm frequently handles complex cases, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, business, and securities litigation, including trials and arbitrations.
- Provide strategic legal advice on compliance, regulatory, and litigation matters, especially in the financial services sector.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other documents.
- Advise on issues related to SEC, FINRA, and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible to waive in.
- 2-7 years of experience in commercial and/or employment litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
