Our client, an award winning leader in the cosmetics industry, is hiring a contract Finance Coordinator for Digital Media to join their team supporting financials associated with their retail media network.
Pay Rate: Up to $18.70/hour
Contract Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week, possibility to extend)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (6 days/month onsite minimum, required)
Hire Type: W2 Only
Experience/Day-to-Day:
- Spearhead media finance processes and manage the sales record within Salesforce working closely with the media sales and account management team in collaboration with finance
- Support the tactical execution of the organization's Retail Media Network
- Manage monthly financial forecasting process by collaborating with the sales team on their individual and team revenue goals
- Spearhead contracting process with brand partners to bill media campaigns accurately and efficiently
- Partner across the organization to compile data as well as identify and solve any billing discrepancies and pulling reporting to support cross-functional teams
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client services or finance and billing related role
