We are in search of a Construction Project Manager to base in the Atlanta area.
This will join a development and construction services companies who works with top brands in the restaurant and retail sector. The Construction Manager will be responsible for building between 10-12 new locations annually in the Atlanta market for a new brand they are working with. These will be free-standing locations with drive-thru lanes.
This is an exciting and growing brand with a lot of fanfare around their openings. The company is a lean entrepreneurial group that has a lot of tenure and operates as a family. You will enjoy a lot of autonomy in this role but at the same time have support and become part of this work family.
To be successful in this position, you will need experience in managing new construction of similar free-standing restaurant or retail product.
