We are currently seeking experienced reliability professionals, with 5-10 years of management consulting or operations experience in asset heavy industries (Chemicals, Oil&Gas, Food & Beverage).
We are looking for candidates with a practical experience in the following
- developing and deploying best practices
- managing overall equipment reliability programs
- implementing near and long term reliability strategies
- creating and implementing target metrics
- establishing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)
- facilitating TAR events and creating TAR schedules
- driving up-time and overall plant improvement programs
A knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus, as is experience leading capital programs, turnarounds or major plant expansions.
The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to work with employees at all levels and of different cultural backgrounds. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential and fluency in a second language is of benefit.
Applicants must be fully mobile and flexible as the position involves 100% travel. Relocation is not necessary.
