Our client is seeking a Technical Field Service Representative to join a dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for installing cutting-edge machinery and providing expert assistance to resolve customer issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up company machinery in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Provide operation instructions and start-up services for all equipment.
- Document work performed, encountered problems, and customer feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and Sales Engineer to address customer dissatisfaction and suggest product improvements.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, resolving equipment issues and recommending troubleshooting approaches.
- Train personnel and customers on equipment operation, adjustments, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain and demonstrate equipment functionality, supporting customer presentations and demonstrations as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest installation and maintenance techniques, assisting vendor technicians and other installers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Completion of a Field Service training program.
- Prior experience in N/C or P/C service/maintenance or maintenance/operation.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
